Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special collection launches (such as our Cryptoccult or AfterDark Academia lines), processing may occasionally extend by an additional day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to deliver your dark aesthetic essentials:
- Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx): $12.95
Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. - Free Shipping (via EMS): Available for orders over $50
Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas and most Asian countries due to logistical constraints.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a garment may not align perfectly with your mystical essence. Whether a harness doesn’t fit your dark academic silhouette or a dress fails to capture your divine romance, we strive to make returns and exchanges as seamless as our designs.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must be attached
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate and mystical nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Belts & Harnesses (due to close-fitting designs and customization)
- Cryptoccult Accessories (as they may contain esoteric elements)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products from the “Back in Stock” collection

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item from our dark fashion realm:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items without this approval.
- Pack the Item: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process
After we approve your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Timeline
Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Refund Amount
The refund includes the item price minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error). For exchanges, we cover the cost of reshipping the new item.
Note: Sale items may only be eligible for store credit, subject to the terms at the time of purchase.
